This workshop is hosted by the GSA in partnership with Just Food and will cover the basic process of canning tomatoes. Participants will learn about and take part in each step of the canning process. There will also be a short presentation about other methods of extending produce life over the winter.
This workshop is free and all supplies will be provided. The workshop will be hosted in Baker’s Grill room 404 University Center from 6-8pm on Tuesday September 22nd. Space is limited so if you are interested please RSVP in advance to email@example.com.
