The Graduate Students’ Association is currently looking for a committed individual interested in being the Recording Secretary for GSA Council. GSA Council meets once a month on a Friday in the late afternoon or early evening. The successful candidate will have an advanced command of English, be familiar with the proceedings of a formal meeting, and possess strong minute-taking and computer skills.
Position Term: Immediately
Honorarium: $75.00 per meeting.
Position Description: Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Attending all GSA Council meetings and taking comprehensive minutes
- Preparing the minutes for distribution, and making any necessary amendments
