The Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) and the Carleton University Students’ Association (CUSA) have reached a full and final settlement in the legal action that resulted from the 2012 termination of the joint health, dental and accident plan.

Both Associations believe that settling the legal action is in the best interest of all Carleton students.  The settlement involves splitting the former plan’s reserve fund in a manner that is agreeable and equitable to both parties.

CUSA and the GSA will continue to offer independent health, dental and accident plans to their members.
