Here is a Greenshield insurance update related to manual claims.

GreenShield is continuously looking for ways to enhance the experience of both our plan sponsors and members. To improve the speed and accuracy of claims processing, we’re introducing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), a new technology designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 

What this means for your members: 

  • Faster and more accurate claims processing 
  • Greater transparency throughout the claim journey 
  • Proactive communication to members, reducing the need for claim status inquiries 

To support this new technology, claim forms will be required for all manual submissions (email, mail and front desk drop off) from your plan members. General claims submission form can be accessed on the GreenShield+ Support Centre.
