Do you require a travel letter?
Please follow the following steps to ensure you have a successful experience.
Your request will be completed by Greenshield within 5-8 buisness days excluding weekends and holidays. Urgent requests cannot be completed at this time due to the volume of requests received.
We urge students to come to us as early as possible for these requests to be fufilled.
The benefits booklet will also be emailed to you as a pdf.
1) Provide your full legal name
2) Your Carleton University email address
3) Your Carleton University Student number must be provided in every request.
4) Email occ@gsacarleton.ca if you require a request.
5) Your completed request will be sent to you by email. We urge students to also print a copy of your Greenshield benefits booklet at your appointment with immigration. It is available here.
